Welcome to a new beginning for everyone!  I have left my puppy, Poppy home the past few days as I have been busy getting my brand new classroom ready for all of your new faces!  I can’t wait to meet you all and get to know everyone.  This is going to be a fantasic year as we navigate this new adventure at IC Imagine together!  See you all soon!

We are so lucky to have opportunities and the help to have such fun at school!  Here are a few photos of our Pumpkin Celebration and our trip downtown to see Pete The Cat!  Thank you to everyone who helped make the party happen!  The students LOVED it!     Kindergarten Rocks!!!

Our fun first week was finished off with everyone’s helping hands making some delicious lemonade to taste and share with our Middle School neighbors!  We are having a great time getting to know each other while learning our class and school procedures!

August 9…1st day of kindergarten (other half of class, assigned only) HALF DAY

August 10…all students in class HALF DAY *Bring a lemon!

August 11…all students in class FULL DAY  *Bring a lemon if you didn’t yesterday!

August 16…first late start Wednesday

August 25…Early Release

How exciting to watch IC Imagine’s third kindergarten class move on to First Grade!  I am so proud of all of their accomplishments and growth this past school year!  Happy Summer to the class of 2029!

We had so much fun making and tasting our lemonade!  We even set up a stand for upper schoolers and then turned it in to a play center this afternoon!  What a great end to our first week!

It is so fun to see the students choosing to read with each other in their free time lately without being prompted.  I am so proud of each of them!
